Tour Description:
Day 1: Same as Day 1 of Cusco & Machu Picchu tour.
Day 2: After an early breakfast, pick up at your hotel. Transfer to the train station to board the tourist coach for the 3-½ hour trip to Machu Picchu. Upon arrival you will be guided by our experienced bi-lingual guide throughout the entire citadel circuit. After your tour you will have lunch (included) SANTUARY LODGE. After a short rest at your hotel we will visit the nearby hot springs of Aguas Calientes town where a relaxing and repairing bath is strongly suggested. Overnight at the elected hotel.
Day 3: Breakfast at the hotel. This day will be spent at the passenger’s own leisure. It is suggested to do a second visit to the citadel of Machu Picchu, including perhaps a short hike to the Huayna Picchu mountain, a challenge that not few have taken. After your tour you will have lunch (not included) . At mid-afternoon board your return train to Cusco City. Transfer from the train station to the hotel.
Day 4: Same as Day 3 of Cusco & Machu Picchu tour.
