Tour Description:
Day 1: Airport greeting at the international airport in Cusco and transfer to your hotel. Welcome coca leaf tea and relax at the hotel until pick up for the Cusco City & Ruins tour. Visit the outstanding ruins near Cusco city: the Sun’s Temple “Koricancha”, the Inca fortress Sacsayhuaman, the ceremonial amphitheater Kenko, the strategic located Puca-Pucara, and Tambomachay, the water’s adoration place. Upon return to the city visit Cusco’s cathedral, built on top of Inca Wiracocha’s Palace. Rest of the day to be spent at your own leisure.
Day 2: After an early breakfast, pick up at your hotel. Transfer to the train station to board the tourist coach for the 3-½ hour trip to Machu Picchu. Upon arrival you will be guided by our experienced bi-lingual guide throughout the entire citadel circuit. After your tour you will have lunch (included) at SANTUARY LODGE. At mid-afternoon board your return train to Cusco City.
Day 3: After breakfast at your hotel, pick up at your hotel and transfer to the international airport in Cusco to board your return flight or connection.
